The Beast Within

This was an entry for the NSAC competion from the Thought Bubble convention that I entered in this year. [link]

There were a lot of good and bad entries, [link] only six winners, but sadly...I lost. Even after one of the judges personally emailed me about it (he wanted me to cover up the nipple in the last panel which I did despite how much I wanted to keep it the way it originally was, although it never said anywhere in the rules that expansive nudity was prohibited), and even after praying for victory all week before the announcing of the six winners. T_T
(But what annoyed me most is that they split the winners up; three were the child-comic entries and three were the adult comic entries, instead of being either six normally chosen winners or six winners from each of the two catergories. And none of the winners were present at the meeting to collect their prizes either, which also bugged me to no end).

Oh well, there's always next year; and the year after that, and the year after that...and the year after that...
Better luck next time. I hope.

At least now I have time to get on with my Den comic and other projects again (this was the reason why I've been dorment on DA lately).
